Hollace Kutay (President)

Founder of the Ceramic Art & Culture Institute, Hollace is a 2016 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, Schreyer’s Honor’s College, serving as the marshal of her class in receivingher BFA in Ceramics with honors. Hollace additionally studied art in Florence, Italy where she participated in the SACI student exhibition as well as “ArtClash.”  She has worked as a self-employed artist since 2007, selling her original paintings and prints in coastal locations through out the US, and in the Caribbean.  Hollace has been the recipient of numerous awards such as the Guardian Life Insurance National Entrepreneur Scholarship, National YoungArts Merit Award in Visual Arts, the National k-12 Ceramic Exhibition Foundation Merit Award and Curator Award, the Emily C. Specchio Foundation Scholarship Award for Excellence in Ceramics and Philanthropic Dedication to the Arts, and numerous awards at the local level from the Lancaster County Young Artist competition.  Through the years, Hollace has participated in many local, reginal and national shows, as well as solo exhibitions of her ceramic work.

Keith Bocchicchio (VP)

Keith is a 1982 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, having earned a BS in mechanical engineering with high distinction. In his initial employment with AMP, Inc., his efforts yielded five US and international patents for advancement in robotics and high speed servo controlled devices.   In his career, Keith has co-founded engineering and manufacturing companies, and is currently employed as a Manufacturing Programs Manager for ide+AU, a full service medical device developer and manufacturer with operations in Australia, China and the US.    Keith has extensive experience in the renovation of historic buildings, and creative design.

Leland Kutay (Treasurer)

Leland is a magna cum laude 2014 graduate of the University of Richmond, where he earned a degree in finance and economics, with a minor concentration in math.  Leland began his career in the finance industry at Barclays Capital, in New York City, where he worked as a financial analyst in the investment banking division from the summer of 2014 through the spring of 2016.  Presently, he is employed in private equity as an associate for Gridiron Capital, located in New Canaan, Connecticut.

 

Claire Killefer (Secretary) 

Claire is currently finishing her final year at the Pennsylvania State University where she will receive a degree in Arts Education with a minor in Art History.  She has been a ceramic teaching assistant at various organizations including The Old Town Artisan Studio, the Braille Institute, and State College High School.  She has also been a pottery camp instructor in addition to her job as pottery teacher for the Penn State Center for Arts & Crafts.  In addition to ceramics, Claire also has a passion for embroidery, printmaking, and watercolor.    

Richard Ressel

Dick Ressel is a 1975 graduate of Millersville University, having later attained his continuingeducation at Alfred University in New York.  He has been employed as an art teacher at Lancaster Catholic High School from 1977 through the present time.  Dick is well known as a speaker, teacher, judge and artist who has exhibited and received recognition for both ceramics and paintings, in regional, national and international exhibitions.  He is a signature member of both the National Watercolor Society and the Pennsylvania Watercolor Society, as well as a signature member plus Crest Medallion of the Philadelphia Watercolor Society.  Finally, Dick is a Fellow Maxima Cum Laude Member of the American Artists Professional League, New York, NY.  

Tim Stone

Tim is a 2015 honor’s graduate from the University of Richmond, where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in Leadership Studies, with a minor in business.  He also completed international study at Charles University in Prague.  While at school in Richmond, Tim distinguished himself as a 2014 Robins School of Business debate finalist.  He is employed as a financial analyst in the Investment Banking Division for Barclays Capital, in New York City.
